CSAC I RENEWAL:  Due every two years - Fee $75

CDAAC P-S or M RENEWAL:  Due every two years - Send in certificates verifying the completion of 40 continuing education hours / CEUs with the required renewal fee of $150.  If you need to complete your continuing educucation hours, call 909-446-0375 to enroll in make-up CEU classes which may be done through distance learning.
